We require a $50 consultation fee with credit card on file to secure your appointment, however, if you decide to invest in our services, the fee will be applied to the package of your choice. During your initial consultation, we will review your medical intake forms, order necessary labs and see if you are a candidate for medical weight management. If you have had labs (completed within 6 months please), please upload them to the patient portal after booking your appointment.
