We require a one-time $50 consultation fee with credit card on file to secure your appointment. During your initial consultation, we will review your medical intake forms, order necessary labs and see if you are a candidate for medical weight management. If you have had labs (completed within 3 to 6 months please), please upload them to the patient portal after booking your appointment.
