Erica is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Florida. Her diverse nursing background spans critical care and surgical services, including cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, and she played a key role in launching start-up heart programs.

Over the years, Erica saw firsthand that mental health touches every field of nursing. Listening deeply and understanding her patients became the foundation of how she delivers care.
